Wie kannst Du Dir die Arbeit im Projektmanagement vorstellen?
Wir, im Projektmanagement, sind Projektleitung, Trainer*in / Referent*in, Berater*in und Wegweiser*in in einer Person. Vom Erstkontakt, zum Beispiel auf einer Messe oder an unserem digitalen Tag der offenen Tür, bis hin zum fertigen Konzept entwickeln wir in unserer Aktivital-Werkstatt das passende Mittel, Instrument, Konzept für den Kunden und präsentieren dies im Anschluss. Von der Planung und Gestaltung einer psychischen Gefährdungsbeurteilung, dem Aufbau und Implementierung eines BGM, einzelne oder langfristige Personalentwicklungsprogramme bis hin zu Teamchallenges ob in Präsenz oder digital, ist alles dabei.
Wir sind mit unseren Programmen, wenn in Präsenz, deutschlandweit bei unseren Kunden vor Ort im Einsatz. Durch unsere regelmäßigen Evaluationen stellen wir unseren Kunden die Wirksamkeit unseres Tun’s dar, identifizieren ggf. weitere Potentiale und intensivieren so die perspektivische Zusammenarbeit.
